Dr Chandel is now the lead GP for the Practice and, therefore, is the responsible GP for all patients registered at the surgery.  However,  the day to day responsibility will be with the GP you see at the time.

EXTENDED HOUR APPOINTMENTS ( posted on Sep 28, 2018 )

Please take a look at the Appointments screen to see the changes happening regarding Extended Hours appointments for weekday evenings and Weekends and Bank Holidays as at 1st October 2018.

Dr Kuriakose Retiring ( posted on Aug 10, 2017 )

Please note that Dr Kuriakose is now retiring from the surgery as of Tuesday 27th February 2018.

 

The surgery will still be fully covered by our other very capable Dr Aref and Dr Coxhead with Dr Chandel attending when required.

 

We all wish him a well desired rest from the hectice life of a GP.  He may still appear from time to time to help us when Dr Aref is on leave.

Dr Raman Chandel is now the new partner at the surgery as Dr Kuriakose is now a sessional GP working only on some occasions.

 

We hope that the surgery will continue to run as smoothly as possible during these changes.

We are now being asked that our patients complete the Friends and Family Test so that we can ensure you have the best possible experience of care.  The Friends and Family Test is a way of gathering your feedback, so we can make improvements to our services.

 

When answering the question please think about every part of your experience, from your initial contact with us, arriving at our service and booking in, to receiving your care or treatment.

 

You can respond to this just once or each time you use our service.

 

Your feedback will help us learn more about what you think about our service - what you like and what you think we could improve.  Ultimately your're helping us to make changes that will improve our services.
